Q: I don't have any artwork. Can you help?

 A: Yes. We can take your sketch and turn it into art very easily. It is much easier for our graphic designers if you can supply as much detail as possible so that we can do the best job for you.

 

 Sketch out or send us a file describing what you're looking for and we'll help you out. If you can't find an acceptable electronic file that meets our requirements, you might consider asking the person who originally created your logo for a vector file and have it emailed to us.

 

Sometimes when the files are large, our clients prefer to send us Via Http://mailbigfile.com Please use ** Try our FREE service ** it’s free send big file less then 200MB by email.

 

 

Q:  I have a digital file. Can I send it to you via e-mail?

A: Yes, we accept artwork in the following formats:  (.CDR)  (.AI) .JPG, .BMP and .GIF Please send the file by email.

Q:Pre-Production Proofs

A:We can produce an actual proof of your item with your imprint prior to running your entire order. We recommend this on all orders where time permits. Virtual Proofs Virtual proofs are available at no additional charge. Our designers will send you a virtual proof via email.

Q:Shipping?

A: We ship all over the world. On selected products we offer Free Shipping by China post (less then 0.5kg).  All products are shipped Via DHL EXPRESS

Q: What is the first step in the process?

A:We recommend calling or sending an email so we can discuss your product needs; quantity, design specifications and the date you need your product in hand.

Q:What is your normal production time?

A:Normal delivery is between 7 and 12 days.

 Occasionally we will see times pushed out to 15 days but this is during busy periods. Be sure to plan well in advance.

 

Q:Cancellations and Returns

A:Once an order is put into production and is cancelled you will be liable for the cost of the entire order since it is totally customized to your specifications and can’t be used by anyone else. In order to return a product you must call our office within 48 hours of receipt of our product stating the problem with your order and return must be received by our office within 10 days. Products that are made and shipped that appear to be used in any way will not be entitled to a refund.

Q: What are the minimum ordering requirements?

A:Our normal order minimum is 300 pieces.

Q: Is Rush Service Available?

Yes, we can shorten the delivery time to 3-5 days depending on the season for a nominal charge. Please ask us about delivery times on other products.

How to order? - 4 Easy Steps

Step 1 - We Quote Your Order
First we determine which product(s) fit(s) your requirements. Once we know what item you need, we will provide you with a firm quote. we will send you digital proof before order process. Once you are confirmed my digital proof and ready to order, proceed to Step 2.
 

Step 2: We Obtain All Necessary Order Information
Once you approve the order we will obtain your shipping( Address and Telephone number). We accept Paypal.


  
Step 3: Digital (Photo) Sample Approval
We will create an actual sample of your product for final approval, which will be sent you via email. Once you give us your approval digital proof by email  , the order production will be start.

 

 

Cancellations: Once an order is put into production and is cancelled you will be liable for the cost of the entire order since it is totally customized to your specifications and can’t be used by anyone else.

** If you are ordering a large quantity and require an actual sample of your product we recommend that you have us create a pre-production sample, that will be sent to you via DHL.

Step 4: We Deliver Your Order
Once production is complete (in approximately 7~10 working days), your order will be shipped to you via DHL or EMS

Option 1: T/T (Wire Transfer to bank) Payment in advance - Bank handing fee 0% 
Option 2: PayPal in USD  - Handing fee will be charged 3.6%
Option 3: Online in USD through CreditCard. - Handing fee will be charged 3.6%
(PayPal only for below us$500 only and handing fee will be charged but not more then us$18.00)
