I don't have a design, what should I do?
Don’t worry. Our expert team can create a free design for you as long as you have the ideas, drafts or related photos. You can have unlimited free edits until satisfied.
How soon can I get my patches?
Sample images of your patch will be provided to you within 24-hours. We offer unlimited edits before you confirm the production. You will receive your patcheswithin 1 or 2 weeks or faster.
Do you offer emergency shipping?
Of course. We provide order service whiches takes 3 to 5 delivery days with extra air freight fees,
for this, you need to contact us ahead of time.
If we are not satisfied on your products, what would you do?

What should I know before placing an order with your company?
We often run specials. If you supply finished artwork you can receive 10% off your order, so it can save you time and money. Specials do not include specialty threads or processes unless otherwise specified. Please make sure your artwork is exactly how you would like it. Once digitized, it becomes very expensive for us to have to start over.
How is pricing for patches determined?
Many factors influence pricing, however the base price is determined by size and quantity. The larger your patches, the more they will cost per piece. Conversely, the more patches you order, the less they will cost per piece.
How to calculate the sample charge?
According to your custom size, we will calculate reasonable price.
